Switched to the 7 layout drawing and right-clicked on the first layout and selected From Template.I selected the 5 layout drawing and SAVED AS a template.I did not want to re-create and have to track layers that had been turned off/on, etc. I've used it to bring titleblocks in, but I needed to move 5 different Layouts from one electro-mechanical (conveyors, etc.) drawing to another that had 7 layouts. Maybe it was a brainstorm (or I paid attention for a change ) but the From Template option caught my attention again. This would be synonymous with MS Excel tabs right? Copied, Moved, etc.) AutoCAD layouts over the years and wished it could be done across different drawings while in a drawing session. FYI - Probably nothing new but I stumbled on this method and it became handy real quick!
